What is the entertainer application deadline?

Please fill out and submit an Entertainer Application by August 1, 202 to be considered for Faire of Champions, "Paths of Adventure" 2027 season.

Question 2

When can I set up my camp spot for the 2027 season?

Accepted Answer

Entertainer move-in weekends are December 5th-6th, December 12th-13th, and December 19th-20th, 2026.  If you need extra time or need to set up during the week, please reach out to our entertainment coordinator.

Question 3

Does FoC supply electricity or water?

Accepted Answer

The property is primitive at this time. There is no electricity or running water. We do have generators and inverters available for stage entertainers, and you may bring your own. We do have porta-potties and hand washing stations with non-potable water. Potable water will not be provided, please bring your own. Please refer to the camping page for suggestions on generators, invertors, and portable batteries.

Are we allowed to bring pets?

Accepted Answer

Personal pets are not permitted inside the faire proper. Faire of Champions and Woodcock Woodlands follow ADA laws for service dogs. Please read the camping rules for more information.

Question 5

Does FoC supply insurance for entertainers?

Accepted Answer

No. You will need to supply your own insurance and give a copy of your policy to the entertainer coordinator. If you do not have insurance, the following link is a good place to start. https://www.actinsurance.com/

Question 6

Does FoC cover theft?

Accepted Answer

No. It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure their items overnight and during the week. FoC does not take responsibility for unattended booths or property.

Question 7

What things should I bring for my stage?

Accepted Answer

You may bring your own sound system, inverters, portable batteries, etc. You are responsible for maintaining the safety of that equipment. Banners, backdrops, signs, and other advertisement and stage décor are encouraged. Please make arrangements with the entertainment coordinator before the start of Season 2027.

What if I am interested in participating in Season 2027 but cannot commit to every weekend?

We are always willing to consider a part-time entertainer or special weekend entertainer. Please complete the Entertainer Application Form above and email entertainment@faireofchampions.com with a request for part-time schedule. Please include the specific dates you will be available to perform.Don’t forget we are a winter faire! Bring your cloaks and furs!
