When is the vendor application deadline?

Please fill out and submit a Vendor Interest Form by November 7, 2025 to be considered for Faire of Champions, The Story Continues 2026.

The vendor application will need to be submitted before November 21, 2025 with vendor fees paid in full to ensure your spot.

Question 2

When can I set up my booth or camp spot for the 2026 season?

Vendor move in weekends are December 6th-7th and December 13th-14th.  If you need extra time or need to set up during the week, please reach out to our vendor coordinator.

Question 3

What size tent will I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Tents should be equal size to the space you have rented.

Full-season Vendor Rates:
·         Full season space 12x12: $350.00 – Tent size 10x10 
·         Full season space 12x22: $375.00 – Tent size 10x20
·         Full season space 22x22: $400.00 – T()ent size 20x20
·         Full season space 22x32: $425.00 – Tent size 20x30

Guest Vendor Rates:
·         Guest Vendor Spot 12x12 – Tent size 10x10 $95.00 per weekend
·         Guest Vendor Spot 12x22 – Tent size 10x20 $100.00 per weekend 
·         Guest Vendor Spot 22x22 – Tent size 20x20 $105.00 per weekend 
·         Guest Vendor Spot 22x32 – Tent size 20x30 $110.00 per weekend

Food Vendor Rates:
Full-season food vendor fee: $600.00
Guest food vendor fee: $145.00 per weekend attending

Vendor fee includes camping passes for up to 4 adults (children 12 and under included) in our vendors' only campsite with access to your booth at any time. Any employees staying on-site must be listed as such when background checks are submitted.

Question 4

Does FoC supply electricity or water?

Accepted Answer

The property is primitive at this time. There is no electricity or running water. We do not have generators and inverters available for vendors, you must bring your own. We do have porta-potties and hand washing stations with non-potable water. Potable water will not be provided, please bring your own. Please refer to the camping page (https://www.faireofchampions.com/general-camping)for suggestions on generators, invertors, and portable batteries.

Are we allowed to bring pets?

Accepted Answer

Personal pets are not permitted inside the faire proper. Faire of Champions and Woodcock Woodlands follow ADA laws for service dogs. Please read the camping rules (https://faireofchampions.com/camping/)for more information.

Question 6

Does FoC supply insurance for vendors?

Accepted Answer

Question 7

Does FoC cover theft?

Accepted Answer

No. It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure their items overnight and during the week. FoC does not take responsibility for unattended booths or property.

Question 8

What things should I bring as a vendor for my booth?

Accepted Answer

You may bring a heat source, but you must have a fire extinguisher close by. While we will have food vendors on site, you may want to bring your own food/drink.

If you are a food vendor and require power for refrigeration of food overnight, you must have your own invertor and make arrangements with the vendor coordinator ahead of time.

How many vendors will be out there?

We are currently set up for 55 vendors for Season 2026. Please get your application form in before October 31th, 2025 to ensure a timely response from the coordinator.

Question 10

What if I am interested in participating in Season 2026 but cannot commit to every weekend?

Accepted Answer

We are always willing to consider a part-time vendor or special weekend vendor. Please complete the Vendor Interest Form above and email vendors@faireofchampions.com (mailto:vendors@faireofchampions.com)with a request for part-time vending. Please include the specific dates you will be available to vend.
