Positions Available:

  • What is Faire of Champions?
FoC is a new concept in immersive arts, entertainment, camping and events venue. It is a fantasy realm where people become part of the story and history of the realm, and they forge their legends.
  • Will FoC have Camping?
Yes! What is a fantasy faire without camping? In fact, camping has already begun and there is general and guild camping available. Both volunteers and guilds are helping to clear additional land and help build FoC history. Our vision includes themed glamping areas that add to the fantasy-realm, immersive experience.
  • What time of year will FoC operate?
Camping events are happening now and throughout the year! The fairground itself will run during the first part of the year when it is cooler and more comfortable for patrons and artist. Anticipated dates are the first weekend of January and will run five consecutive weekends. The Grand Opening of Faire of Champions is January 4th, 2025!
  • Will FoC have off-season events?
Off-season events are happening now! FoC will have various off-season events including work weekends, gatherings, Viking/Celtic fest, and Pirate festivals. Other off-season events at the property will be managed by Woodcock Woodlands.
  • Can I help in any way?
We always welcome individuals and guilds to come out and donate their time to develop and clear land or help with projects. Work weekends are a great time to meet new friends and be part of the FoC story and history. Check our Volunteer FAQ or the FoC FB events page for work weekends.
  • How can I become a Vendor or Entertainer?
See our Vendor FAQs or the Entertainers FAQs page for answers to all your Vendor or Entertainer related questions.
  • Am I allowed to bring my pets into Faire of Champions?
Only service animals are allowed into the FoC fairgrounds. Non-service animals must remain in the campground area and follow the campground rules.
  • Why is season 2025 the Grand Opening when FoC has been running since 2022?
The Faire of Champions has been on a magical journey since 2022, with three enchanting seasons of soft openings: Groundbreaking, Forging Foundations, and Building the Dream. These were our practice runs, gathering fairy dust and perfecting every spell. Now, we’re ready to unveil the grand opening—a celebration of all the wonder and adventure we’ve crafted with our volunteers. Join us as we open the gates to a world of fantasy and unforgettable memories!

Weekends Jan 4th – Feb 2nd

At Faire of Champions and Woodcock Woodlands, we’ve been blessed with a merry band of volunteers joining us for faire season and work weekends. We are profoundly grateful to each and every one of you for being part of this enchanting dream. It is our sincerest hope that you have had the chance to explore and chase your own dreams amidst the magic. Whether you graced us with your presence for a single afternoon or most weekends, it matters not. We’ve delighted in getting to know you, sharing whimsical experiences, and we eagerly await your return. Thank you so much for your time, energy, and for sharing your dreams with us. You truly are a Champion of this fantastical realm!

Volunteers that complete two 4-hour shifts for a weekend will receive free camping and fair entry for that weekend.
