Faire of Champions Vendor Interest Form
2026

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Faire of Champions 2026 season! We'd like to get a bit of information about you and your business before we get to the official vendor applications.


Faire of Champions is celebrating our fifth year in business. We are expanding and growing our faire family, and our vendors are essential to that. 


Before you begin here's some of the basics for what you can expect:

 

2026 Dates: 

 

Weekends, Jan. 3, 2026 through Feb. 1, 2026; Saturdays 10am-6pm & Sundays 10am-5pm

- New vendors will have a $25 vendor application fee. Returning vendors this fee is waived.

- All adult members of vendor party must have cleared background checks to be on site as a participant

- Vendor fee includes camping passes for up to 4 adults (children 12 and under included) in our vendors only campsite with access to your booth at anytime

- Spaces are primitive, no electricity/water hookups available

 

Full-season Vendor Rates:
  • Full season space 12x12: $350.00  – Tent size 10x10
  • Full season space 12x22: $375.00 – Tent size 10x20
  • Full season space 22x22: $400.00 – Tent size 20x20
  • Full season space 22x32: $425.00 – Tent size 20x30
 
Guest Vendor Rates:
  • Guest Vendor Spot 12x12 – Tent size 10x10 $95.00 per weekend attendance.
  • Guest Vendor Spot 12x22 – Tent size 10x20 $100.00 per weekend attendance
  • Guest Vendor Spot 22x22 – Tent size 20x20 $105.00 per weekend attendance
  • Guest Vendor Spot 22x32 – Tent size 20x30 $110.00 per weekend attendance
 
Food Vendor Rates:
Full-season food vendor fee: $600.00
Guest food vendor fee: $145.00 per weekend attending

9. Faire of Champions requires all vendors and employees to be screened by a background check. Is this acceptable to you?
Yes, background checks are ne for us and our staff
No, we do not wish our staff to be checked
10. Faire of Champions also requires all vendors to commit to all five weekends of the season, Jan 3- Feb 1, can you commit staffing your shop all 5 weekends?
Yes! We can be there and open all five weekends (If so, great! That's all the info we need at this time)
No, unfortunately we cannot commit to all five weekends (If not, please complete next question so we can get a bit more info)
