Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Faire of Champions, Grand Opening 2025 season! We'd like to get a bit of information about you and your business before we get to the official vendor applications.

Faire of Champions is celebrating our fourth year in business and looking forward to truly forging foundations, it's not just a clever name! We are expanding and growing our faire family, and our vendors are essential to that. 

Before you begin here's some of the basics for what you can expect:

2025 Dates: 

Weekends, Jan. 4, 2025 through Feb. 2, 2025; Saturdays 10am-6pm & Sundays 10am-5pm

- New vendors will have a $25 vendor application fee. Returning vendors this fee is waived.

- All adult members of vendor party must have cleared background checks to be on site as a participant

- Vendor fee includes camping passes for up to 4 adults (children 12 and under included) in our vendors only campsite with access to your booth at anytime

- Spaces are primitive, no electricity/water hookups available

VENDOR FEES SCHEDULE FOR 2025 VENDOR RETAIL SPACES:
Full season vendor rates:
10 x 10, 10 x 20 (0-200 sq. ft.) space - $300.00 for the season (5 full weekends)
20 x 20, 20x30 (201-600 max sq. ft.) space - $360.00 for the season (5 full weekends)

Food vendors - $550 for the season (5 full weekends)

Partial season vendor rates: 
10 x 10, 10 x 20 (0-200 sq. ft.) space - $65.00 per weekend attendance + $25.00 fee
20 x 20, 20x30 (201-600 max sq. ft.) space - $78.00 per weekend attendance + $25.00 fee

Full season food vendor (no sq footage limit) - $550 for the season (5 full weekends)
Partial season food vendor rates (no sq footage limit) - $115.00
