Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Faire of Champions 2027 season! We'd like to gather some information about you and your business before we proceed with the official vendor applications.

Before you begin, here are some of the basics for what you can expect:

2027 Dates: Weekends, Jan. 2, 2027 through Jan. 31, 2027; Saturdays 10 am-6 pm & Sundays 10 am-5 pm

- New vendors will have a $25 vendor application fee.

- All adult vendors and employees must have background checks to be on site as a participant

- Vendor fee includes camping passes for up to 4 adults in our vendors only campsite with access to your booth at anytime

- Spaces are primitive, there are no electricity or water hookups available.

Full-season Vendor Rates:

Full season space 12x12: $375.00 – Tent size 10x10
Full season space 12x22: $400.00 – Tent size 10x20
Full season space 22x22: $425.00 – Tent size 20x20
Full season space 22x32: $450.00 – Tent size 20x30

Guest Vendor Rates:

Guest Vendor Spot 12x12 – Tent size 10x10 $100.00 per weekend attendance.
Guest Vendor Spot 12x22 – Tent size 10x20 $105.00 per weekend attendance
Guest Vendor Spot 22x22 – Tent size 20x20 $110.00 per weekend attendance
Guest Vendor Spot 22x32 – Tent size 20x30 $115.00 per weekend attendance

Food Vendor Rates:

Full-season food vendor fee: $625.00

Guest food vendor fee: $150.00 per weekend attending

9. Faire of Champions requires all vendors and employees to be screened by a background check. Is this acceptable to you?

Yes, background checks are ne for us and our staff

10. Faire of Champions also requires all vendors to commit to all five weekends of the season, Jan 2- Jan 31. Can you commit to staffing your shop all 5 weekends?

Yes! We can be there and open all five weekends (If so, great! That's all the info we need at this time)

No, unfortunately we cannot commit to all five weekends (If not, please complete next question so we can get a bit more info)

11. Please explain what obstacles you have that could prohibit your business from being able to be at Faire of Champions the duration of the season. Depending on the information provided, we may be able to work with you so you can still join us!
